Be Still and Know that I Am God

Please join us! This prayer group offers an opportunity to increase your relationship with God by learning how to pray with Holy Scripture.  Whether you have been doing this already or want to start now, you are welcome. We meet on Tuesdays from 7-8:30 PM on Zoom.

Praying through Lent
The Be Still Prayer Group will be praying with a new theme during Lent starting on February 28 titled Paschal Mystery: Reflections for Lent and Easter by Bishop Barron.

In this new book from Word on Fire, readers are offered a week-by-week guide through the sacred seasons of Lent and Easter with a series of reflections on themes like death, temptation, repentance, prayer, fasting, and almsgiving; the events of the Paschal Mystery of Christ recalled during Holy Week; and the joy of the Gospel reflected in the Easter season. The Paschal Mystery is a perfect companion guide for families and individuals longing for a deeper encounter with Christ during Lent and Easter.

The group rate for the book is $5.00. It will be available when you register to join us. (Note: Bishop Barron's Lenten book sold out last year. So, register ASAP, if interested.)
