Over 55 Club
This is a social group for parishioners over the age of 55. We meet monthly to hear speakers on various topics of interest to us and also to get together and plan various outings, trips and lunches.

Join the Over 55 Ministry on Friday, January 16th at 12:30 in the St. Andrew Multi-purpose room. Our guest speaker will be Isla Mae Beaton. She is the President of Harmonicas For Health. Isla will be discussing and demonstrating how harmonicas can be used to decrease shortness of breath and other benefits of breathing properly.

Rick Roberts will be sharing essential tips and strategies to help seniors avoid scams and protect their independence. Whether you're a senior citizen, a family member, or simply someone who cares about this vital issue, there's something valuable waiting for you here.
