Facilities Maintenance

St. Andrew Catholic Church in Roswell is seeking an experienced part-time Facilities Maintenance professional to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of church facilities. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and can handle a variety of repair and preventative maintenance tasks.

Duties include performing general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other facility repairs; conducting routine inspections of buildings and equipment; addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner; assisting with setup and breakdown for parish events as needed; and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Qualified candidate must have at least a high school diploma and a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in building maintenance. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience is preferred. Candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, have reliable transportation, and be available for facility emergencies outside regular work hours if needed.
